What moves Innovation and Renewal?

Preface

We are encountering renewal and innovation ever again in our lives. Only with renewal life is possible at all. We experience renewal in many areas: job, business, organizations, partnership and in our relationships at work, in the family and in ourselves. We are experiencing the new and the new idea with a boost of energy and motivation, and with an outburst of passion and love, which is contagious and engages others in her movement.

Though the way is not a direct line. It can be weird and blocked by obstacles. Sometimes we do not even see the way. There is no way to move forward. And the longer we are stuck, the more difficult it seems to become. What looks like a good idea and way forward may turn out as a dead end or fail again and again. The connections are not obvious and yet we sense that something does not feel right and in tune.

Therefore, the question which presents itself anew is:

How can renewal and Innovation succeed?

This question applies to many areas:

• A new company or a new project. How can it be successful?
• Succession. Am I transferring it into good hands?
• A career and job comes to an end. How to proceed from there?

The indications for a possible solution for many of these questions are coming from a very different dimension, from a time, a realm and from a direction which we have not thought of and which we did not bring in connection and context of our issue. When we are discovering these indications and dynamics and bring them to light, we experience them as a certain healing movement. And what is new appears very light and close to us.
