Introducing the first meditation

"The Topic"

This meditation begins with looking at the issue. We are taking the full time and space to look at the issue from all sides. The full time. Without any judgement. And we are not falling for the first obvious answer what comes to mind. The rational mind wants to move fast. And yet, the spirit mind and the heat are moving slowly, very slowly. This is not only true for our own movement of sound but it applies also and especially to the movement of others. We are giving everyone their own time and space.

When we are looking at the topic it may very well be that something else is surfacing. Then our issue steps back into the background of the question which it is really about. Then the initial topic has served its purpose and guided us an important issue.
